If you want to set up your shop on ChinaHotBiz, please send information of your products and your company by email to our Product Department. You can publish 50 products at most on your shop.
Please note that each of your products should be with the following information:
Product name, picture, price, unite, category, serial number, brand, type, quality, origin, package, description, certificates.
Your company information should be with the following items so that buyers can directly contact with you:
Company name, brand, city, state, country, contact person, address, postcode, telephone, fax, mobile telephone, email, website, company introduction, certificates.
The shop is free of charge on the probation for a year of period. After the probation, if you want to continue the shop, from the second year, you will be asked to pay a small fee to ChinaHotBiz as the labor cost: a product for 0.5 USD per month. At least 10 products and 6 months are required to be the initial payment of the fee.
If you advance to pay the fee within 6 months before the probation, 50% discount will be given: a product for 0.25 USD per month. At least 10 products and 6 months are required to be the initial payment of the fee.
The service fees of ChinaHotBiz will increase to some content every year according to its business development, but the services that you have paid for will be retained constant as prime cost each year, never increased, because your early joining us has been our strong supporter. It is hoped that you join us as early as possible.
You have another option to set up your shop on ChinaHotBiz for free of charge. You can commission ChinaHotBiz to receive orders of products on your behalf. This way, buyers will contact with ChinaHotBiz and ChinaHotBiz will pass the orders on to you. After a successful order, 5% of the total order value is required to pay to ChinaHotBiz as the commission fee for the first order and 1% for the subsequent orders between you and the same buyer.
During the probation, you can shut down your shop on ChinaHotBiz at any time if you have ascertained the shop will not bring orders to you any more. However, you are suggested to retain the option as above of commissioning ChinaHotBiz to receive orders of products on your behalf. This way, you do not need to pay for the shop.
