Credit Rating at Grades
ChinaHotBiz rates an enterprise by credit at such five grades as 1-star, 2-star, 3-star, 4-star and 5-star in the light of the following standards. An enterprise who is holding any one type of certificates as below will obtain one star. The more an enterprise is holding the certificates, the higher its credit will be rated at grade.
License Certificates (one star): conferred by government departments such as the license certificate of business administration and that like.
Quality Certificates (one star): awarded by quality authentication organizations at national or international level such as CA certificate, GMP certificate and so forth.
Honor Certificates (one star): issued by government departments or specialized organizations such as Advanced Company certificate, Model Enterprise certificate and so on.
Successful Orders (multi stars): transacting on ChinaHotBiz, every 20 successful orders without any complaint from customers will obtain one star.
Explanation for Rating
License certificates are fundamental and premise for credit rating. The enterprises without license certificates can not be allowed for any credit rating.
All the certificates for credit rating should be active in the term of validity and the overdue certificates can not be used for rating.
If an enterprise is complained of credit problems in the trade, one star will be deducted by every three complaints about different subject matters or from different customers. >> Click here to make a complaint
Scanning copies of the certificates are required to be sent by email to Customer Department of ChinaHotBiz from the enterprise who is asking for credit rating.
Enterprises without credit rating will be marked as “No Rating” on the page of the company present at ChinaHotBiz.
Gold Title
The enterprise who has obtained one star as a result of successful orders will be entitled as “Gold”: a seller will be entitled as Gold Supplier; a buyer will be entitled as Gold Purchaser and a logistic company will be entitled as Gold Transporter.
If an enterprise is deducted one star due to complaints, the “Gold” title will be excised temporarily. The title will not be regained until the enterprise has obtained a new star as a result of successful orders.
